Job Summary The Night Auditor, you will be the face of the hotel during overnight hours-offering warm, discreet service to guests while ensuring accurate financial reconciliation for the day's operations. Key Duties and Responsibilities * Welcome late-arriving guests with gracious, anticipatory service * Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and concierge-level guest requests * Handle and resolve overnight guest inquiries, issues, or emergencies with poise and professionalism * Accurately reconcile daily revenue across all hotel departments * Review and verify transactions, folios, and reports for discrepancies * Prepare and distribute daily financial summaries and reports to management * Monitor overnight security and safety procedures in coordination with security teams * Coordinate wake-up calls, room service requests, and special overnight amenities * Ensure lobby and front office areas remain impeccably maintained * Adhere to all financial control procedures and night audit checklists * Maintain confidentiality of guest information and internal records Education & Experience Requirements * Must be computer literate, have knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Opera * Must be able to work well with limited supervision and under pressure and be able to multi-task * Must have night auditor experience in a five-star environment for a minimum of 2 years * Cashiering experience * Ability to develop and lead team members * Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management to their understanding.
