Lead and direct shift team members to meet or exceed production targets and quality standards. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and leadership to support skill development and performance improvement among team members. Foster a positive employee experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement and development. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.
