This position is in Norcross, GA What you'll be doing: Provide direct supervision, motivation and leadership to our team of technical specialists. Allocate work assignments, set project priorities, oversee employee schedules, attendance and establish performance standards. Oversee all aspects of engineering production and provide forward thinking ideas and direction to the team to meet and exceed yearly goals. Drive change and process improvement for server / storage production process. Establish and maintain production productivity standards ensuring accountability, employee safety and security. Assist the Director of Operations in establishing and ensuring server / storage production meets ISO and QA goals. Ensure all products for open sales orders are properly prioritized to ensure production goals are met. Assist the Director of Operations and other production managers as directed in the operations Work collaboratively to implement Environmental Health & Safety compliance guidelines. Assume additional responsibilities as required. What we're looking for: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of two years' experience supervising a team in a technical environment. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to identity problems, use logic to address issues and problems and recommend alternative solutions. Ability to learn technical information quickly. Must be very reliable and able to work extended hours as required. Previous experience managing a quality improvement program is a plus.
