Selectek is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join a growing industrial manufacturing facility in the Lawrenceville area. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can oversee production staff, manage day-to-day manufacturing operations, and ensure quality, safety, and workflow standards are met. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about team development and operational excellence.
