Overview
We are searching for a Production Superintendent to support a lumber facility in Magnolia/McCombs, MS. This person will be responsible for the safe coordination and oversight of the daily activities in the mill, kilns, and shipping departments, including interfacing with the sales teams. You will embody safety and demonstrate excellent team skills with a proven ability to lead and develop people.
Responsibilities
Oversee hiring, planning, scheduling, and daily supervision of shift supervisors and hourly production staff, including performance evaluations, coaching, and ongoing development.
Lead departmental safety programs and training to ensure a safe working environment.

We are looking for lab technicians for the manufacturing production of eye glasses and sun glasses. On the job training provided. The following are primary tasks:
Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory list daily.
Organize inventory in an easy-to-access process.
Pull lenses and frames from inventory by reviewing the information on the work ticket.
Scan the barcode on the work ticket by using a handheld barcode scanner. The order data is loaded automatically into the system and is displayed on the computer screen.
Verify correct lenses and frames were pulled by matching frame information on the work ticket to the information on the lens and frame packaging.
Move job trays with completed and verified products to the next established locations, based on information provided on the work ticket.
Keep up with daily back-order jobs to avoid delays in processing
The Tracers Calibrate each tracer on a scheduled time
Receive trays and work tickets from the frame department and process them to the lens department
Remove any current/previous lenses from the frame before tracing
Keep workstations and department clean and tidy.
Optical Experience and/or manufacturing experience is preferred.

* Conduct reviews and analysis of Contractor EVMS Business Systems to ensure applicability to requirements of Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), SUPSHIP, and other regulatory authorities are met.
* Perform risk assessments to identify areas of potential non-compliance and remediate.
* Identify training needs and work with the EVMS Department and stakeholders to establish training plan.
* Serve as Subject-Matter-Expert and point of contact for internal and external audits including DCMA, SUPSHIP, etc. tied to EVMS compliance.
* Coordinate and support external government agencies during assessments, data calls and audits as required.
* Manage allegations of non-compliance and any other disputes to ensure proper communication across various audit agencies and stakeholders.
* Maintain a complete, accurate list of all Deficiency Reports (DRs), Corrective Actions Reports (CAR), and Corrective Action Plans (CAP).
* Work with key stakeholders to implement corrective actions in accordance with accepted CAPs.
* Maintain metrics tied to DRs/CARs/CAPs to ensure that management is aware of all issues occurring in the correction process.
