Position Overview:
Staff position at our office in Rosharon Tx. Work under the direction of an estimating manager to generate complete proposals from receipt of RFQ to proposal submittal.
Position Responsibilities:
Preparation of proposals including cost, technical, and commercial responses.

Waste Handling & Warehouse Operations
* Receive hazardous and non-hazardous waste in drums, flobins, and roll-off containers.

* Verify roll-off container labels daily and notify dispatch immediately if labels are missing.
* Weigh drums upon receipt, assign drum log numbers, and complete drum log sheets the same day.
* Submit drum log sheets to the Shipping Coordinator for processing.
* Log flobins once complete unit lists are received from the Shipping Coordinator.
* Prepare drum and flobin shipments promptly as directed and report any issues immediately.
* Apply the same workflow to universal waste (lightbulbs, batteries, aerosol cans).
Housekeeping & Yard Management
* Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse, yard, and flobin yard daily.
* Sweep floors, collect windblown debris, and use forklift magnet attachments to remove metal debris.
* Rotate drums so labels face the aisle.
* Ensure all universal waste containers are closed, structurally sound, properly labeled, and include accumulation start dates.
* Replace universal waste lamp packaging as required.
Waste Consolidation & Inspections
* Consolidate drums into roll-off containers by assigned target dates.
* Conduct Waste Container Accumulation Area inspections inside and around the 90-Day Yard.

Under the direction of the Director of the Regional Warehouses, the Distribution Site Leader oversees all operations within a distribution site, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, workforce leadership, safety compliance, and performance improvement. Responsibilities
•Works closely with the operations management team to oversee and adjust the organization's processes and operations as necessary to ensure efficient and effective execution of policies and procedures
•Provides operational guidance in analyzing and appraising the effectiveness of organizational operations
•Evaluates operating results to ensure that organizational growth and objectives are being met

Requirements:
Education:
•Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field
Experience:
•5 + years of distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations experience
•3+ years leading a team in a high-volume distribution environment
•Proven track record in safety management, productivity improvement, and operational excellence.
•Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
•Knowledge of and experience with efficient assembly, service parts, and refurb processes
Other Requirements:
•Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP software required
•Minimal travel required, mainly within the US

Summer Camp Teacher
The FAYcation Summer Camp Teacher is a non-benefits-eligible, temporary stipend position for the duration of the Summer Camp program, typically four weeks in June, with a Monday - Friday work schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This role reports to the Director of Extended Day and is responsible for creating a flexible, engaging camp environment that promotes learning, exploration, and personal growth.
The Summer Camp Teacher develops and executes weekly lesson plans and actively participates in all general camp activities, including snack time, lunch, and recess. They build positive relationships with campers, foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere, and encourage the development of skills, confidence, and knowledge in alignment with each camper's individual abilities. In addition, Summer Camp Teachers maintain effective communication with parents, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a cohesive and vibrant camp community.
Responsibilities include the following:
Displays extensive pedagogical knowledge and expands on this knowledge using various resources.
Uses a variety of teaching techniques suitable to the age and needs of the students and subject matter.
