This is a technology leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of the Workday platform and Workday solutions across the enterprise. This role will partner with functional leaders to deliver on the Workday roadmap and oversee a team of technical experts to drive successful implementations, enhancements, and operational excellence.

Execute the Workday roadmap and provide guidance, direction, and leadership over the team's day-to-day activities across application implementation, configuration, support, and maintenance.

The qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in information systems, or related field.
Workday certifications (e.g., Workday Pro, Workday Integration, Workday HCM/Finance) preferred.
5+ years of experience managing an enterprise technology team.
5+ years of experience overseeing or executing projects in the enterprise application space.
3+ years of hands-on Workday experience with modules such as HCM, Financials, and PSA
Strong team building and people leadership skills, with demonstrated leadership in developing Workday technical staff and skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills combined with high personal integrity.
An ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships at all levels both within and outside the firm, characterized by mutual respect, openness, and trust.
