By early 2026, concurrent engagement with all suppliers will be necessary. A dedicated, senior legal lead is needed to manage negotiations and contracts, with minimal oversight.
The lead must be based in the US time zone to maximize supplier engagement.
Drafting and negotiating the series supply agreements, tooling agreements and other commercial agreements.
Dealing on a day-to-day basis with suppliers and their legal advisors.
Securing key supply chain arrangements, including to support project timelines.
Managing and reporting internally on progress of supply chain arrangements.
Liaising with PP procurement team to achieve the above.
Requirements
Qualified as a US lawyer (Michigan or similar US state);
Must be comfortable taking responsibility for analyzing and weighing competing factors and making independent judgements relating to commercial agreements
Previous experience at senior level in a law firm or in-house legal team (upwards of 7+ years post qualification or equivalent legal experience).
In-house experience would be advantageous, particularly in a Tier 1 or major Tier 2 company.
Experience of any of the following areas would be advantageous: manufacturing, plant and equipment, automotive, tooling and long-term parts supply.

We are looking for an immigration legalassistant to join our legal team. The Immigration legalassistant will support our attorneys in preparing and filing immigration-related documents and managing client cases. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No immigration experience is required for this position.
Responsibilities:· Assist attorneys with preparing and filing immigration-related documents, including petitions, applications, and supporting documentation· Manage client cases, including preparing case files, monitoring case status, and updating clients on the progress of their case· Conduct legal research and prepare legal briefs and memoranda on immigration-related issues· Assist with client communications and document requests, including drafting correspondence, responding to client inquiries, and preparing legal forms and documents· Maintain accurate and complete case files, including electronic and paper records, and ensure that all deadlines are met· Coordinate with outside parties, including government agencies, clients, and other law firms, as needed· Assist with the management of the department's calendar, including scheduling appointments and court appearances
Qualifications:· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities· Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software· Fluency in Spanish required
