Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
What you will do:
Assures that instruments and supplies are provided to the O.R. according to schedule.
Assures instrument repair and restore program is implemented correctly.
Maintains supply inventory for processing needs, i.e.. Wrap, tape, indicators, etc...
Arranges for repairs when needed, prepares requisitions, packages, and arranges shipping
Consults with clinical engineering for equipment repair and follow thru to ensure equipment is functional as soon as possible
Communicates status of critical equipment and instrument repairs to manager
Arranges for loaner devices when necessary
Responsible for collecting and collating statistical data and graphs for required reports relating to task performance and productivity on a timely basis.
Assists management in determining budget needs for new procedures and monitors budgetary parameters for ongoing functions of the processing area.
Assists in developing and/or updating departmental policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
Ensures proper manufacturer guidelines for sterilization for all reusable instruments and supplies are followed.
Involved with specific departments to determine supply and instrument needs for new and/or revised procedures.
Oversees and manages Audits for trays and case carts for department Quality Improvement and JCAHO purposes.
Participates in multi-disciplinary teams focused on improving workflow, quality of sets, and/or compliance
What you will Need:
High School Required
Bachelors Degree Preferred
Three (3) years SPD/OR experience in surgical instrumentation
Must be able to rotate through all areas of the Sterile Processing Department.
Ability to lift, carry, pull, push, sit, walk, stand, kneel, bend, climb repeatedly for extended periods of time, with some sitting.
Occasional exertion of moderately heavy nature to include stretching, bending, twisting and lifting up to 30 pounds while checking supplies.
Push/pulling is necessary to load and unload racks into/out of sterilizers up to 300 pounds.
Failure to follow prescribed procedures could result in serious injuries from sterilizer.
Position may require tasks that involve inherent potential for mucous membrane or skin contact with blood, body fluids, or tissues, or a potential for spills or splashes from them.
Appropriate protective measures as outlined in hospital's Infection Control Policies and Procedures are available and required for employees who perform such tasks.
Demonstrates complete understanding of infection control practices.

The Position
The Adler Planetarium is seeking an Exhibit Operations Specialist I to join our dynamic team on Chicago's Museum Campus. The Exhibit Operations Specialist will manage the opening and closing of exhibit galleries, perform routine maintenance, and ensure the optimal condition of exhibit spaces. The Person
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team player with experience in museum operations, general maintenance, and hands-on work and repairs. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in tight spaces or at heights, can lift 50 pounds or more, and brings strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. A willingness to learn new technologies, improve existing skills, and adapt to challenges is essential. Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of two years of work experience
General fabrication and construction skills; familiarity with carpenter's shop tools and standard hand tools
Wall framing, sheathing, drywall patching, and painting skills
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull loads of up to 50+lbs
Comfort working at elevated heights and in awkward spaces
Basic computer skills and experience with web searching and office software; strong aptitude for learning new technology

Proficiency with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, IT, and interactive technology (appreciated but not required)
Experience with Google G Suite, Slack, and MS Office Suite

This is for two openings looking to start as soon as possible. Work in our warehouse environment to complete receiving and shipping of Clinet's IT equipment. Both are located in Elk Grove however candidates need to be flexible and have the ability to travel to Willis Tower to support United and perform shipping and receiving tasks there. Perform inventory audits (matching POs in the system to physical inventory in warehouse), prepare equipment to be shipped to our recycle vendors (package and prepare shipping labels). We work at Midtown to inspire people to transform their lives. Our Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist does so by supporting the operations, evolution, design, and support of our CRM system.
Midtown has implemented HubSpot Enterprise CRM across our entire organization, with Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub. The system powers our member support system and member communications, new member onboarding process, and marketing and sales prospect funnel. You will partner with our Director of Revenue Operations in maintaining and improving upon the system for our users, members, and prospects, working collaboratively with leaders in marketing, sales, and operations to execute strategy and implement updates within the CRM.
The team has a hybrid work model, working out of the corporate office (3611 N. Kedzie Ave) in Chicago, Illinois on Mondays, and Tuesdays. The remainder of the week can be remote or in the office/club, based on individual preference.
Overall Function
You will work with the Director of Revenue Operations to improve revenue operations systems and processes as well as provide project management and change management support for key initiatives. This role will support internal clients such as Sales, Marketing and Operations as well as execute RevOps initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you need the ability to think systematically across multiple business processes, understand both the big picture and small details of a CRM system, work collaboratively to define business objectives and strategy-then translate on that strategy to CRM best practices.

Work with the Director of Revenue Operations to build HubSpot reports to measure various sales, marketing, and operation service efforts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain reports and dashboards that provide insights into sale, marketing and operations performance and key metrics.
Identify trends and resolve challenges and issues within the revenue operations systems and processes with the goal of improving the user experience while driving productivity, scalability, and revenue.
Help develop documentation, manuals, and training materials on RevOps systems and processes.
Participate in system implementation projects including but not limited to requirements, documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution.
Help troubleshoot issues within HubSpot and escalate as needed.
Assist in data management and governance across the RevOps ecosystem, including auditing and cleaning up data, working with team members on data best practices, and helping to establish data governance rules and procedures.
Keep abreast of new HubSpot features and functionality and industry trends and best practices in revenue operations.
Requirements and Skills
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-centric business environment with administrative responsibilities.
Minimum of 1 year Administration experience with a CRM
HubSpot Sales Software Certification Required.
Strong understanding of the HubSpot platform, with the ability to build custom reports, leverage data sets, workflows, custom views. (understanding HubSpot workflows, sequences, and playbooks a BIG PLUS).

Responsibilities
Follow all ANSI/AAMI standards, IFUs, SOPs, and company Work Instructions.
Decontaminate, disassemble, clean, and reassemble surgical instruments.
Accurately assemble and package instrument trays and sets.
Operate washers, sterilizers, and other processing equipment.
Inspect instruments for cleanliness, function, and damage prior to packaging.
Document missing or damaged instruments per SOPs.
Maintain records of sterilization cycles, instrument tracking, and inventory.
Perform equipment maintenance and keep work areas clean/organized.
Communicate effectively with team members and operations staff.
Participate in ongoing training and suggest process improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Experience:
