Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred. • Prior experience in an administrative, operations, or repair coordination role, preferably in an industrial or technical service environment. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with repair management or CRM software. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service orientation. • Familiarity with production scheduling, inventory management, and basic accounting or bookkeeping is a plus. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation and process management.
