Perform duties outside of the office, when applicable, including on site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing. Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards. Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership. Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends. As a Division Manager, you will provide operational leadership to all aspects of the division and make key decisions related to safety, profitability, business development, operations, resource management, staffing needs, growth, teamwork, and culture for the operations.
