Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 45; including Production Supervisors, Operators, Maintenance Gatekeeper, Plant Engineer, and contractors assigned to operations. Develop and implement comprehensive training and development plans for hourly personnel; maintain up-to-date skills matrices for all roles. Create and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and supporting documentation using Intelex. Master SAP transactions related to production reporting and inventory reconciliation. Develop daily, weekly, and long-term production plans to ensure 100% adherence to schedules, in coordination with Supply Chain, Mining, and Maintenance departments. Drive initiatives to improve asset effectiveness, including increasing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Utilization Efficiency (UEE). Ensure timely creation of SAP maintenance notifications and support Maintenance Gatekeeper in achieving 100% compliance with preventive maintenance schedules. Champion Lean Six Sigma (LSS) principles within operations; obtain Green Belt certification and support continuous improvement events Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, reduce operating costs, and enhance delivery reliability. Ensure 100% compliance with Clariant's Environmental, Safety, Health, and Asset (ESHA) policies and regulatory requirements. Identify and implement improvements to increase production output, reduce Environmental Variable Parameters (EVPs), and drive site profitability. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance management, operations management, or a manufacturing support role Associate's degree with relevant industrial experience Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus What´s in it for you?
