The Administrative Assistant provides vital support to the Team. The ideal candidate will be an independent problem-solver who has excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, a positive attitude and willingness to learn and collaborate with Team members.
This role provides direct support to three (3) of our in-house Property Managers and one (1) remote Property Manager. This person should have experience working in a busy professional office environment where the Team is deeply engaged in their work. The ability to multitask, take initiative to start a project on their own, prioritize tasks, take direction from multiple Team members, and exhibit accurate work product is essential for the position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform general administrative tasks, coordinating meetings and light domestic travel.
Accurately input new tenant leases, amendments, and other lease documents into Voyager (Yardi)
Review AR reports and post charges as assigned
Assist Property Managers with maintenance and repair proposals
Prepare effective emails and letters to vendors and tenants
Provide additional daily support to Property Managers as needed
Other administrative and light accounting duties as assigned
Required skills and qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
Experience with Yardi Systems, Slack, Zoom, and Asana
Familiarity with data entry
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and a self-starter
Ability to move, carry, or lift objects of varying sizes, weighing up to 25 lbs

Position Overview:
The Program Assistant is the lifeline of the program, training on and being ready to hold any position that the program has to offer - from Program Manager to Instructor. Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited law school to be eligible for the City Attorney's Law Student Intern Program. Preference will be given to students entering their second or third year of law school; however,qualified rising 2Ls will also be considered. Completion of coursework in Evidence, Civil Procedure, and Constitutional law is desirable.
Interns must be willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the school term, 40 hours per week for summer interns. Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Work schedules are flexible based on the intern's class schedule as well as the operational needs of the office. Once a schedule has been agreed upon, interns are expected to maintain the schedule on a consistent basis.
The Summer Program will run from Tuesday, May 26, through Friday, August 7, 2025. Requests for schedule exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Our internship program mimics our full-time Financial Representative career, allowing you to:
Learn how to prospect and network to build your business and client base
Develop and execute on a business strategy
Call on potential clients and set meetings to understand their financial goals
Prepare plans and offer useful recommendations
Gain exposure to proprietary planning software platforms
Engage in weekly coaching, training, and development meetings
Receive Risk Product State Licensing: Life, Accident, and Health
Build life skills that create future career opportunities
