Telephone Operators, under general supervision, operate a centralized soft telephone with an online directory that connects a high volume of incoming calls to the appropriate individuals, County staff and departments. Relief Telephone Operators will be required to work all shifts, including evening, weekend, overnight, and holiday shifts, provide off-hours support to co-workers, and perform other related duties as assigned. Relief will be expected to work to fill shifts for vacations and sick calls, which will include weekday evening shifts, and 8-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday including overnight shifts. As a Wellness Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic, you will be the first point of contact for patients. You'll play a key role in making each of them feel at home and welcome. At The Joint Chiropractic, we have several different plan and package offerings that you will be responsible for selling to new patients so they can continue their chiropractic care with us at the most affordable rates, anywhere. In addition, keeping accurate patient records, having a thorough understanding of our computer systems and maintaining a clean and organized work place will also be important for your success.
