Pay Range Information
The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. * Sales/marketing experience
What you'll bring to the team...
* Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
* Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
* Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
* Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
* Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
* Other duties as assigned
Your Expertise:
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in a customer service environment
* Ability to multi-task
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
