We are seeking a performance-driven Rare Disease Sales Specialists who is passionate about making a difference in healthcare. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of territory business development, cultivating relationships within key targets, driving disease awareness and education and how to identify rare appropriate patients with Health Care Professionals (HCP) and Rheumatologists.

What You'll Be Doing:
Develop new accounts and the growth of existing accounts through solid customer relationships, communication of technical product and disease state information, and effective territory management skills.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians, HCPs, office staff, and other key stakeholders within hospital setting
Implement key marketing programs to increase the market share of key promoted products.
Implement our client's patient-focused hospital selling model with effective opening, probing, listening, and closing skills on customer calls.
Maintain proper call frequency with assigned targets and update as needed to ensure time is aligned with a current product focus

Review and evaluate patterns for products purchased and prescribed (outpatient vs in-patient infusion, as part of hospital contract, etc.).
Comprehend complex account interdependencies to proactively develop and execute short- and long-term account plans in collaboration with the account team and supervisor.
Ensure a consistent customer experience by effectively communicating and collaborating with Associate Sales Director, Hospital Accounts, Corporate Account Managers, Field Reimbursement Managers, Medical Science Liaison, and more.

Job Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by reaching out to prospects and existing merchants by phone, email, and/or self-sourced relationship to provide best possible solutions and sell payment processing products and services within the Lodging and Hospitality Industry
Serve as trusted advisor, leveraging core knowledge, recommend and promote banking and payment processing solutions to clients while working within the risks parameters that protect the firm
Understand client's banking and processing needs and offer multi-level Chase products and solutions, to best accommodate the client
Acquire deep knowledge of company's products and pricing to facilitate sales efforts
Negotiate with clients to price products and services competitively while generating revenue
Maintain sales records and prepare sales reports as required
Protect the firm by applying sound risk management protocols; have understanding and knowledge of compliance and risk issues to escalate to management as appropriate; able to collaborate to determine solutions
Develop a vertical market expertise and become industry expert
Work directly with Credit, Risk, and Quality Control to adhere to Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer regulations
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Sales experience with a proven track record of self sourcing leads that result in meeting revenue goals in a solution selling environment
Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills
Demonstrate ability to build positive interpersonal relationships with business owners
Demonstrate ability to prioritize and focus on multiple initiatives
Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with key decision-makers at a variety of levels (Small to Mid-size business owners, CEOs, etc.) to evaluate needs, propose solutions from our suite of merchant services products
Travel to clients and/or attend Trade-shows

Identify and self-source client opportunities by building and utilizing referral networks and centers of influence to pursue potential new business clients
