About the Role & Team
As the Senior Field Representative, you will play a crucial role in overseeing assigned construction projects supporting the Facilities and Operations Services (FOS) Facility Asset Management (FAM) team and the Hotel Engineering Services (HES) team at Aulani Resort. In this role, you will ensure that projects are scoped and executed with a focus on quality control, budget management, and schedule adherence. What you will do:

The hiring range for this position in Hawaii is $95,500 to $128,000 per year. What You'll Do

Job Details
We are looking for experienced and entry-level Remote Insurance Sales Representatives. There has never been a better time to have total control of your schedule with the ability to:

Requirements:
License: Currently have, or willing to acquire a life insurance license
Self-starter, professional attitude, driven, coachable, team player

Compensation
Commission Only: Our new agents who follow our proven sales strategy have earned up to $60,000 to $200,000+ annually.

Use your sales skills to open new accounts and grow existing ones

QUALIFICATIONS | Self-Starter + Relationship Builder + Sales Closer
Experience in sales - especially with apparel, resort, or lifestyle brands is a plus
Prior work as a Sales Rep, Buyer, or in merchandising is a bonus
Strong communicator who can connect with diverse customers
Comfortable traveling throughout your territory to support accounts
Organized, proactive, and confident working independently as a 1099 Rep
Proficient with tech tools and order entry systems to stay on track
Creative thinker who brings energy and ideas to every sales call
