Objective
Mack Industries is growing and adding a salesperson to our Precast Concrete Division. This individual will carry out all sales activities for assigned accounts within the states of Ohio and Indiana while ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery. Essential Functions
· Generate and qualify leads for precast concrete and small commercial sales
· Source and develop client referrals with general contractors within the Ohio and Indiana servicing areas
· Develop, maintain and grow customer database
· Make in person and phone sales calls to existing and new clients
· Develop and make presentations of company products, innovative technology and services to current and potential customers
· Prepare and present sales orders
· Proficient in reading architectural and structural drawings and blueprints, project specifications, along with a general understanding of the construction/ precast process
· Conduct in-field product training

· Perform quality checks on product and service delivery. Report contractor concerns and make corrective action plan
