About the Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting homeowners with their insurance claims, storm damage inspections, and project management. This position requires driven, energetic, and independent individuals who are willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Additionally you will need to engage with the community through proactive door-to-door outreach, connecting with homeowners directly to assess their needs, discuss potential storm damage, and offer tailored solutions, building trust and rapport. We operate throughout the Midwest in areas including WI, IA, MO and IL, you must be willing to travel to these potential areas during busy / storm season.
Responsibilities
Inspect and document homes for storm damage.

Qualifications

Summary
RNDC is looking for a talented and energetic control state sales representative to join our growing team. The control state sales representative is responsible for advancing and securing sales in the market, performs functions to secure new accounts and service the needs of the existing accounts with an assigned territory.
In this role, you will
* Promote and sell a portfolio of spirits and beverage alcohol products to on- and off-premise accounts in your assigned territory
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, bar managers, and distributors
* Execute merchandising standards, including shelf placement, product rotation, cold box organization, and promotional displays
* Present new products, features, and brand programs to drive visibility and sales
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries to ensure proper stock and presentation
* Participate in promotional events, tastings, and account activities, including some nights and weekends
