Throughout his career, Bill has focused on organizations where his ability to wear many hats has been a tremendous asset. He has been part of start-ups, spin-offs, turnarounds, high-growth, and re-structurings in primarily finance positions but also straddling the line into operations. His experience includes both publicly-held as well as private organizations. Immediately prior to joining Slayton, Bill led a privately held, start-up recruiting and staffing organization specializing in the healthcare field. Bill began his Accounting and Finance career in public accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

He and his wife, Melina, live in Bartlett, Illinois, and have two teenage daughters.
