As a part of the Corporate On-Premises sales team, the Business Development Manager is responsible for working with Sales Center management teams to plan, implement, and coordinate sales activities within the Company's On-Premises business as a whole. * Follow up on all pending proposals in a timely manner to explain scope, answer questions, and convey the importance of the proposal with the intended goal to accelerate the award of the sale or further advance the opportunity through the sales cycle.
* Understand company pricing approach to inspection sales using excel or company provided estimating tools. A full understanding and knowledge of contractual terms and conditions of ITM agreement important.
* Represent the organization at industry meetings such as Building Owners Management Association (BOMA), customer visits, and customer entertainment which may occur outside normal business hours.
* Remain abreast of potential market opportunities through sales calls, networking and other market related information including changes and/or updates to local fire code requirements.
* Assist Service Manager and service department with potential re-signs of existing customers whenever necessary.
* Continue to advance industry technical knowledge through internal training, ride along with field personnel and reviewing technical material.
* Expected to work directly with the Branch Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Service Manager to assess customer relationships and profitability.
* Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Immediate response to requests from customers and Monroe Truck Equipment management
Communicate with customers about the build process and schedule of their equipment
Attend, organize, and participate in meetings, training, trade shows and industry association meetings to support customer needs and for personal growth within the industry as required
Work with Leadership Group to streamline the overall process with constant improvement in mind.
Enter customer data for current and potential customers into CRM on a daily basis.
Efficient planning of travel in your assigned territory.
Driving Commercial Trucks to display and demonstrate Monroe Truck Equipment product.
Occasional overnight travel is required
Qualification and Skills:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and previous experience with truck equipment or related products is a plus.
Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics extremely beneficial.
Ability to develop relationships with current and potential customers.
Proven track record of successful sales experience.
Must be self-motivated and able to work within a Team Setting.
Proficient in Microsoft office software; Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
Ability to Read and Understand Specifications.
Strong Organizational Skills.
Verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Attention to detail is important.
Proficient time management and multitasking.
Must work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, profit margins, mark-up and percentages of growth.

Position Summary
Fisher's is seeking a qualified individual to fill our Account Manager position on the Sales Team. An Account Manager is responsible for selling Fisher's products and services to customers within their accounts assigned to them. Account Managers with Fisher's are on an uncapped commission structure with a high earning potential.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Prospect development, sales calls, product demonstrations, proposal and bid preparation.
* Communicate Fisher's Technology's strategies and direction to key decision makers.
* Develop targeted account strategies to generate and grow business for assigned territory.
* Complete site assessments and produce product recommendations and replacement strategies as needed.
* Achieve sales quota for products and services.
* Demonstrate product knowledge expertise in assigned product areas.
* Conduct regular account reviews with customer base.
* Cross-sell customer base on all products and services.
* Deliver sales activity sufficient to support overachievement, territory coverage and 100% customer satisfaction.
* Manage service issues to resolution.
Requirements
* A four-year degree is preferred, but not required.
* Must be proficient in MS Windows, Word, and Excel.
* Must have excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
* Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
