Perform invoice header and line-item validation; manage missing information and rejection notifications. Conduct over 130 invoice transfers daily from the data entry application. Intake mailed invoices into the system and verify data. Confirm fuel trades and follow up on discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders. Required Skills: Proficiency in data entry and invoice processing software. Understanding of financial systems and procurement cycles. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Ability to work under pressure and manage invoice approval timelines.
