Required Skills/Work Experience • 8+ years of experience • Supervise and manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of systems which may be mainframe, mini, or client/server based. • Plan and monitor the optimization of system operation and resource utilization and perform systems capacity analysis and planning. • Plan and monitor assistance to users in accessing and using business systems • Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022) and/or Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS, Debian). • Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management. • Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM). • Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, SSH, FTP, SNMP, SMTP, HTTP/S). • Hands-on experience with server monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix). • Knowledge of backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis, Commvault). • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). • Basic knowledge of scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
