Position Summary:
The Senior Managing Trade Consultant is an integral member of the Mohawk Global Trade Advisory team (MGTA), a group of subject-matter experts who constitute the consultative arm of Mohawk's international trade business. The Senior Managing Trade Consultant provides trade compliance-related expertise and compliance project leadership to meet the needs of Mohawk's clients as well as oversite of a team of professionals supporting our clients' import and export programs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor of a team of international trade professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in a variety of disciplines to include Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, or related fields.
Master's degree preferred.
Required Experience
3 or more years of businessconsulting experience, including hands-on involvement in change management activities (e.g., communications, stakeholder management, adoption support).
Experience in a variety of business projects such as business integration, organizational change, brand/digital marketing, new product launches, mergers & acquisitions, or system integrations.
Project management experience leading projects and managing project teams.
Solid understanding of organizational effectiveness principles to manage projects and implement changes on commercial engagements, but also possess the breadth, desire, and ability to work on non-OE projects as well.
Well-developed financial and business acumen from working in a variety of business functions including supply chain, finance, operations, HR, marketing, and sales.
Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Expertise in multiple project management tools.
Passion for identifying problems and the desire to collaborate with clients in designing and implementing simple solutions in complex and unclear situations.
Leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional project teams.
Demonstrated strategic big picture thinking paired with the ability to pivot and deep dive into the details as required.
Expertise in Microsoft Office products including the ability to develop compelling communication of complex concepts using PowerPoint.
Confidence and presence to engage directly with clients at the senior leadership level.
Strong written and oral communications skills including the ability to communicate concisely and clearly with both line and senior management level clients.
Ability to travel based on client requirements.
Preferred Experience
Businessconsulting experience that includes leading projects, owning deliverables, and implementing creative client solutions with subject matter expertise in OE, OD, change management, talent management, and performance metrics.
Process improvement capability and certification (Six Sigma, Lean Sigma, etc.)
