Position Summary
This position is a critical team member working directly with the Company's sales and/or investment professionals as well as senior leadership in the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies. Aspects of this role include research, communicating with prospects, lead generation, and working in collaboration with Corporate Marketing on keeping Hammes top of mind. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Develops an understanding of the healthcare real estate development industry and the Company's service offerings in order to assist in lead generation and expanding the pipeline of potential opportunities.
Coordinates with assigned sales and/or investment professionals in understanding the annual territory management plans, key targets within the region(s) and submarkets to support the goals.
In conjunction with assigned sales and/or investment professionals and Corporate Marketing, participates in the development of general marketing collateral and content-specific collateral, phone messages and email messages.
Supports the planning and development of targeted marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and analyzes the results of marketing campaigns to inform future strategies.
Communicates with prospective target audiences using effective outreach methods via email and phone (cold and warm) calling and traditional marketing campaigns.
Schedules meetings with Company attendees, and if necessary, assists in meeting materials needed.
Prepares background material and market research in preparation for meetings and executing on inside sales strategic plans.
Ensures customer relationship management (CRM) software is accurate and current on all business development activities, including calls, emails, marketing campaigns, meetings, etc. Tracks and reports on key performance metrics and marketing activities on an as needed basis.
Develops an expertise in navigating key healthcare and real estate industry websites to assist in the execution of day-to-day responsibilities as well as a means to uncovering new potential leads.

A Bachelor's Degree with an excellent academic record in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or other related field.

The full salary grade for this position is $50,800 - $87,000. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $50,800 - $76,125. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. Summary:
Duluth Public Schools is seeking an Interpreter to facilitate communication between deaf and hard-of-hearing (DHH) students and their peers, our staff and other adults, using sign language. Interpreter will model signs for DDH students during instructional and non-instructional periods, such as playtime and school-related extracurricular activities. The educational interpreter provides interpreting and support services (educational tutoring) to students who are DHH being educated in their local scholl district. Other duties may be performed when they do not interfere with interpreting include tutoring, participation in meetings and being an active member of the school's educational team.
Minimum Qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent combination of education
* plus one year experience working with children.
* 60 semester credit or 90 quarter credits of college or a passing score on the ParaPro assessment
* Knowledge of fingerspelling and signing with a minimum of successfully passing ASL 1 and ASL 2 sign language classes from an accredited college or university.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Understanding of the English language, especially grammar
* Hearing aids and microphones; cleaning, testing and troubleshooting
* Deaf culture
* Children and their development
Desirable Skills:
* Expressive American Sign Language
* Receptive American Sign Language
* Ability to work with students
* Organizing the necessary materials for teaching sign language
* Ability to be flexible regarding work assignments
Additional Information:
* Individuals pursuing certification may apply (pre-certified).
* Cued speech is not required.
