This position will be available in Fayetteville, NC and report directly to the Regional HR Leader. This role is responsible for managing local employee relations, executing HR practices and policies, and developing and leveraging best practices across the other APM facilities. The ideal candidate is a customer-centric problem solver with a strong ability to think critically and operate with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity. This person thrives in a fast-paced, changing and challenging work environment and has previous experience doing HR and labor relations within a manufacturing setting. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: Driving of development programs to build capability, ensuring organizational sustainability through employee engagement. Partnering with leadership to assess organization capability and ensure development and succession plans are in place to support current and future business requirements.
