Summary As an IT Help Desk I, you primarily focus on Tier 1 support of employee technical needs. You maintain and support the integrity of the end user operating systems, hardware, and technical environment including several computer systems, environments, and configurations. Some system administration will be required on a knowledge and experience basis. You will report to the IT manager, and will work closely with the primary systems administrator.
