Key Responsibilities

My client, a Global leader in the Apparel space, is presently looking to on-board a Full Time I.T. Audit Manager with a specific background within SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
The role will be based out of my client's offices in Bloomfield, NJ, with a 3 day on-site, 2 day remote working schedule.
The successful Senior Internal Audit Manager (ERP Implementation & Analytics) will play a pivotal role in my client's global SAP S/4 transformation initiative, reporting directly to the IT Internal Audit Lead. This position will lead critical audit activities across a multi-year, multi-regional ERP implementation.
The role combines strategic oversight of ERP implementation audits with hands-on leadership in risk assessment, control design, and process improvement. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between Internal Audit, Business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party partners throughout the project lifecycle.
The Role
Execute all phases (planning, fieldwork, and reporting) of global, large-scale ERP implementation audits, which include, but are not limited to, performing walkthroughs, documenting process flows, testing, and communicating results to stakeholders.
Lead and coordinate with third-party vendors/consultants on ERP (SAP S/4) implementation audit activities.
Identify and assess risks associated with ERP implementation and integration.
Evaluate controls to ensure data integrity, security, and system access within ERP systems, protecting against unauthorized access, breaches, and inaccuracies.
Review ERP systems to identify risks to comply with relevant laws and standards.
Provide guidance on SOX compliance requirements throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.
Contribute to the execution of audit procedures to assess the design and operating effectiveness of IT processes and controls.
Document accurate and detailed work papers clearly describing the audit procedures, the result of work performed, and conclusions reached.

The Candidate
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related fields.
Must have experience with pre- and post-implementations and/or large-scale technology transformation projects.
SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience
Industry certifications in audit, security, and/or technology (e.g., CRISC, CISSP, CISM, CISA).
Strong understanding of concepts related to information systems audit, information security, general IT controls, application controls, integrations, and technology risks.
Strong understanding of commonly used internal control frameworks including COSO, COBIT, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and related business process control activities.
Working knowledge of SOX compliance requirements and their application in ERP environments.
Working knowledge of cloud-based systems and compliance in cloud environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to succinctly present complex technical issues and improvement opportunities to senior leadership, develop executive-level presentations and reports, facilitate discussions across all organizational levels, and build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Proficiency in computer software and data analytics tools (e.g., Dataiku, IDEA, Tableau) and automation technologies (e.g., UiPath RPA), with demonstrated experience in implementing automated audit procedures.
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations preferred.

In this role your main accountabilities are:
Leads the project team by establishing execution approach and overseeing project hand-over, planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources and accomplishing project goals
Managing the development of project planning documents
Monitoring projects to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Analyzing and addressing project risks, and regularly disseminating lessons learned

Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors
Knowledge of IEC61850, GE Zenith, ABB Protection and Control offerings (ZEE600, SSC600, PCM600 and associated relay hardware), Woodward Governor Controls, and/or Envisage energy management solutions are a plus
A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
Ability to travel as necessary up to 25-30% of the time to support project kickoff and execution or as necessary to support successful execution of assigned projects
PMP Certification is a plus.

Role Overview
The Infrastructure Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex IT infrastructure initiatives within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This US-based role requires strong technical expertise, deep project management capabilities, and experience navigating compliance frameworks such as GxP and CSV. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of hands-on infrastructure project management experience, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and can execute projects in fast-paced, globally distributed environments.
M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) experience is a strong plus, particularly for integration, separation, or migration-related infrastructure activities.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Project Management & Delivery
* Lead full lifecycle planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects including network upgrades, data center migrations, cloud adoption, server/storage refreshes, and security remediations.
* Prepare project charters, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and resource plans with precision and clarity.
* Maintain ownership of RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) and drive mitigation strategies.
* Provide timely project status updates to leadership and ensure alignment with PMO standards.
* Manage multiple parallel workstreams while ensuring adherence to schedule, cost, and quality expectations.
Technical Leadership
* Partner with engineering teams to define infrastructure design, implementation strategies, and technical reviews.
* Oversee technical deliverables related to network, server, virtualization, cloud, storage, and security components.
* Approve and validate technical documentation, qualification packages, and cutover plans.
* Support infrastructure lifecycle management, technology modernization, and standardization projects.
Regulated Environment Responsibilities (Pharma)
* Ensure all activities comply with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, CSV standards, and corporate quality processes.
* Work with QA, Compliance, and Validation teams to ensure required documentation (URS, FS, DS, IQ, OQ, PQ, change controls) is accurate and complete.
* Support audits, inspections, and CAPAs related to infrastructure systems.
* Maintain validated state and ensure traceability across project documentation and change records.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with business stakeholders, application owners, PMO, quality teams, and infrastructure SMEs.
* Coordinate vendor management activities including SOWs, quotes, delivery tracking, and technical validation.
* Facilitate communication across global technology teams, ensuring alignment on dependencies and timelines.
Operational Readiness & Governance
* Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to operations, including SOP updates, runbook creation, and KT sessions.
* Maintain documentation for architecture, support models, and asset lifecycle plans.
* Support compliance monitoring, infrastructure KPIs, and operational audits.
Basic Qualifications:
* 8+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects in enterprise environments.
* 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences IT, and familiar with GxP regulations
* 8+ years of experience in coordinating distributed/global teams and complex program structures.
* 3+ years M&A experience (integration, divestiture, TSA transitions, migration planning)
