Job Summary
Summary: Join our team as a Stand Lead and take charge of overseeing concession stand operations with Levy at UW-Madison Badger sporting events. As a Stand Lead, you'll supervise and support a dedicated group of volunteers, ensuring efficient service and a positive experience for all guests. * Willingness to complete the ServSafe Alcohol Certification course.
* Ability to lift 20-45 lbs and remain active during event hours.

As a Trip Leader you will be critical to the success of the summer as part of the leadership team and the first-line resource for problem solving for campers and counselors on off-site trips. This employee will actively participate in annual planning, weekly RCFA meetings, Daily Level 2 meetings and DPM meetings.
This employee will lead transformation analysis, centerline definition, and associated standard development. Develop control strategies to enable operators to respond to out-of-control situations. Leads root cause problem solving efforts on key chronic losses for the process. Coaches' teams on CIL, CLM, 5S, FSQ, and KHMS execution. Coaches and develop teams by building problem solving skills within the process.

Working Conditions
· Schedule time is from 11:30am to 8:00pm
· 40 hours per week/8 hours daily/5 days per week.

· Manage DMS by using digital platforms such as Power BI and CWP; provide actions and feedback when DMS needs to improve; create countermeasures for any outages.

· Comply with all established GMP, Housekeeping guidelines, housekeeping responsibilities, and QRMP operating procedures.
· Assist in the implementation of the QRMP program and act as trainer of new associates.
