Job Description
Typing correspondence and legal document preparation, answering multi-line phones, filing, faxing, scanning and other general office duties. The position involves client contact by phone and in person.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Type 35 wpm and be well versed in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
4 years experience legal clerk/paralegal
or equivalent combination of education & experience preferred.
Legal Experience, and Spanish bilingual a plus but not required
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours daily
