About You
Required: High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 6 months experience as a Licensed Medicare Advisor. Must have health licensed obtained in resident state prior to start and in good standing. Ability to work overtime as business needs required.

The Role
RocketReach is strengthening our sales foundation, and we're looking for an Inside Sales/Sales Development Representative to help build and elevate our inbound (including sales assisting and closing smaller accounts) and/or outbound prospecting efforts. As a core contributor on the team, you'll help define our workflows, improve how we engage prospects, and set the tone for a high-performing sales culture. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking initiative, testing new ideas, and making a visible impact on business results.
This role is fully remote and open to candidates in the U.S. and Canada.
Compensation: $40,000-$55,000 OTE (USD)

Partner with Account Executives to source new pipeline that converts to closed revenue
Understand prospects' business goals to assess whether RocketReach is a strategic fit
Build trust and strong relationships with internal stakeholders and potential customers

1+ years of relevant professional experience (required)
Experience with outbound prospecting and cold-calling
Background in SaaS, B2B, or startup environments
