Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver packages within the administrative building, following the designated routes.
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries of 20-40 packages per shipment.
Cultivate strong relationships with the receiving department and on-site client contacts.
In case of unlabeled packages, coordinate with the company account manager to identify their destinations.
Utilize a smartphone for communication, reporting, and possible photo documentation.
Map out the most efficient routes to guarantee on-time deliveries during each shift.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent experience.
Ability to read and understand the building map/layout for efficient navigation.
A friendly and approachable personality, adept at building positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
Physical capability to handle packages weighing up to 40 pounds with the provided hand truck.
Prior experience as a Mail Clerk or Mailroom Clerk is a plus, but not required.

Job Description
Customer Service Mail Couriers are a moving piece to the operations of the mailroom.
Responsible for processing the mail and parcels continuously throughout the day and delivery and pick-up of mail onsite using a company van.
A Customer Service Mail Courier's daily tasks will involve:
• Delivering all inbound mail, packages, and freight into mailroom, package lockers or mutually accepted location.
• Collecting proper signatures for deliveries to customers utilizing on site tracking software.
• Collect all outbound mail, packages from the mailroom
• Ensure customers have adequate supply of shipping materials
• Maintaining all logs and reporting documentation
• Effectively communicating with clients and personnel.
• Driving a company vehicle to perform pick-up/ delivery service for customer while assigned to an assigned route or on an as needed basis
• Loading and unloading packages from company vehicle
Responsibilities:
