This BD role is responsible for driving business breakthroughs in the U.S. ADC market through proactive client engagement and strategic business development. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Strengthen ADC Client Relationships in the U.S.
Actively develop and expand relationships with ADC clients in the U.S. by deeply understanding their business needs, technical challenges, and strategic priorities.

Maintain close communication with internal cross-functional teams-including R&D, manufacturing, quality, and project management-to ensure timely alignment with customer requirements. Collaborate with CC3 (TS/PL, PMM) and New Modality R&D and manufacturing teams to align on customer needs and project delivery.
Support the development of commercial strategies based on real-time market and customer intelligence.
Gather and Analyze Competitive Intelligence
Regularly monitor competitors' public information, including market activities, product launches, strategic announcements, and financial disclosures.
Utilize professional market research institutions, industry databases, and analytical tools to assess competitors' market share, pricing trends, customer perception, and business strategies.
Provide detailed, actionable intelligence to support internal decision-making, commercial positioning, and competitive strategy development.
Identify gaps and opportunities to strengthen the company's competitive advantage in the U.S. ADC market.
Lead Contract Negotiations and Drive Business Breakthroughs
Take full responsibility for leading commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and deal execution with U.S. ADC clients.
Clearly articulate the company's technical advantages, operational capabilities, and successful project cases to enhance client confidence and close deals.
Work with internal teams to create flexible commercial policies, such as pricing optimization, service upgrades, or partnership models, to meet client needs and increase win rates.
Achieve breakthrough growth in the U.S. ADC business by securing new projects and expanding the company's market presence.
Contribute to the company's overall commercial goals by meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications:
A Master or Ph.D. degree in Biology, Pharmacy, or other related life science areas is required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of hands on business development experience in the CDMO industry with a focus on ADC services.
Existing ADC client resources or prior involvement in strategic partnership building is required.
Demonstrated ability to identify and engage ADC clients, maintain strong business relationships, and successfully drive deal closures.
Solid knowledge of ADC-related scientific and technical principles, applicable regulatory and legal requirements, and commercial and marketing practices.
Familiarity with the ADC development process, including early-stage development, clinical manufacturing, and commercial considerations.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Analytics, this role will manage advanced marketing measurements (including MMM, MTA, and incrementality testing,) drive analytically proven efficiencies in spend and deliver actionable insights. This role will play a key role in optimizing channel efficiency and driving growth and ROI through advanced data analysis in collaboration with internal marketing team and external partners. This role will work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, data engineering and other analytics teams to help build out analytical sophistication and shape the future of marketing measurement at the company. This is a hands-on management role for someone who thrives at the intersection of analysis, strategy, and execution to drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert on advanced marketing analytics methodologies, including MTA, MMM, UMM, and incrementality testing.
Apply attribution frameworks and business data to evaluate acquisition performance and optimize marketing performance.
Work collaboratively with analytics leadership to design and operationalize a MMM to measure channel impact on leads and priority KPI. Use model outputs to recommend adjustments and improvements to marketing strategies.
Help lead incrementality testing efforts, including experiment design, tracking results, and partnering with marketing teams to ensure incrementality test results and learnings are shared broadly and inform future strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth operations, clean data infrastructure, and consistent data modeling.
Regularly present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in STEM or other quantitative discipline preferred.
6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with 2+ years working with advanced marketing measurement.
Required Skills/Abilities
Familiarity and experience with MMM methodologies and models
Experience with MTA and incrementality testing
Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Deep expertise in SQL, analytics platforms like Tableau, Looker, or Sigma.

Compensation Information Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. This role requires a proven events and field marketing leader who knows how to partner with Sales, Demand Generation, and Revenue Operations to create pipeline-driving experiences that engage our top enterprise and mid-market accounts. Your impact

Your experience
10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, including field marketing, tradeshows, ABM, and customer event leadership (SaaS experience strongly preferred).
Proven track record building and executing integrated campaigns across digital and in-person channels.
Deep understanding of enterprise (ENT), outbound, and ABM motions, with the ability to translate those into effective event and field strategies for key accounts.
Strong alignment experience with Sales and Revenue teams, driving collaboration that converts marketing efforts into measurable pipeline.
Exceptional project management, communication, and vendor management skills.
