Construction Team Administrative Support Provide administrative and logistical support to construction and project management staff, including document preparation, scheduling assistance, information requests, and general coordination. File, track, and maintain contracts, change orders, and related construction documentation. Maintain Drive Thru and Common Area information as assigned. Cost, Purchasing & Corporate Support (Administrative Only) Assist in collecting, reviewing, and organizing project cost information, contractor bids, and estimates.
