EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Minimum of two (2) years of post-high school training in office management or similar

3. Able to work without supervision.
4. Understand English grammar and office etiquette.
5. Possess clerical skills & able to operate office equipment (e.g. fax, copier, etc.)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Answer telephone calls. Uses telephone to make appointments for SWLACHs patients
that are referred to other providers for specialty services. Follow up on SWLACHs
referrals to hospitals and other providers.
2. Complete referral forms. Mails and/or faxes forms to designated providers. Copy forms
and incorporates them into the tracking system.
3. Notify patients of appointments and provide answers to their questions as appropriate.
4. Maintain a record of all outbound referrals and log them into the tracking system.
5. Receive patients records/referrals after service and forwards them to Medical Records
for scanning.
6. Complete requests for additional information from providers receiving SWLACHS
Referrals. Calls hospitals and physician offices to obtain additional information on
referrals to SWLACHS.
7. Assist COO/Referral Supervisor offices with clerical activities. Assist COO with HIPAA
activities as required.
8. Assumes additional related functions, when necessary, as assigned.

Perform all duties related to serving our customers.
Provide training assistance to new CSR's.
Provide prompt, courteous customer service and resolve customer issues on shift.
Submits to the Store Manager for approval, a grocery order for their assigned sections or categories.
Front and face all product to create a visually attractive display for our customers
Review, complete and suggest changes to all build-to's.
Provide feedback for the fast food service area of the store.
Complete reports assigned by the Store Manager.
Accept applications to be considered for employment.
Follow company procedures when working with vendors including checking in order and verifying quantities.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Prepare and finalize shift close-out reports.
Inspect store facilities/equipment for safety, cleanliness and proper working order.
Complete all price changes and promotional price changes.
Document and report a safety incident or injury.
Document and report a maintenance request.
The CSR may be asked to participate in any other related task or activity which management determines his/her skills would be useful or needed.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Prerequisites
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Have reliable transportation and can arrive at the store on time.
Has a positive attitude and promotes the company and is a team player.
Must have basic computer skills.
Must be well organized and manages time well.
Possess good people interaction skills.
Works as scheduled by the Store Manager. Schedule must be flexible to include being available to work all shifts and all days of the week. Work week may exceed 40 hours per week during hard to staff times.

What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
* Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
* Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services that fit their lifestyle.
* Enter and maintain customer information with precision and integrity into a Point of Sale (POS) system.
* Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
* Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments and managing customer appointments.
* Perform duties outside of the office, where applicable, including on site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing. Participate in in-store and community events.
* Maintain internal and external store appearance and meet cleanliness standards to enhance customer experience.
* Maintain office security protocols and conduct proper opening and closing procedures, including management of vault and cash drawer, as needed.
* Uphold compliance with Company policies and procedures, and all relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
* Engage in ongoing training and stay current on product and process changes.
* Work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and effectively navigate multiple tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
* Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership.
* Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.

What We're Looking For - Qualifications and Skills
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
* Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
* Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
* Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
* Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.
* The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
Nice to Haves - Preferred Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing.
* Prior cash handling, cash drawer/vault management experience.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
* Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
