The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading plant employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment for off-site construction of modular homes. This position plans, executes, and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. This position drives continuous improvement through the plant operation and leads the workforce as necessary to maintain a high level of morale.
