As the ProductionSupervisor, you'll lead all operations within the department. ABOUT THE JOB:
The ProductionSupervisor (PS) leads and coaches an in-house team and coordinates with external vendors to achieve on-time, quality readiness. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Safety/Environment
* Conducts business in compliance with all WillScot Safety, Transportation, and Environmental Policies.
* Manages employee/vendor health and safety through creating a safer workplace, conducting daily safety meetings, DuPont STOP, training and observations, and regularly scheduled assessments of the branch.
* Ensures operating standards are conducted; supported by robust training and communication actions.
Operations
* Ensure all work orders are completed effectively. Weekly review/reporting on performance to refine strategies. Labor efficiency assessment and capacity planning activities.
* Ensure off-rents inspections are conducted timely; accurate work orders drafted and damage billing issued where appropriate. Relocate idle fleet and conduct work order assessments as required. Conduct fleet physical inventories counts.
* Manage the Work Order system and the drivers that impact inaccuracies (condition coding), develop strategy to ensure variances are
* Order, receive and distribute materials/VAPS to work teams/vendors to support unit completion requirements. Conduct monthly major parts, VAPS and minor parts inventory counts.
* Focus on driving first time quality and reducing
* Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
* HS Diploma or GED
* College degree preferred (industry experience considered)
* 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor in a Construction or Manufacturing environment
* Experience with Lean fundamentals is desired.
* Knowledge of state/federal requirements, building codes, permitting process, etc. is helpful
* Working knowledge of MS Office/Outlook
* Ability to effectively manage multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Follow and ensure department employees follows all safety, quality, and manufacturing processes and procedures.
Schedule and prioritize maintenance projects to be completed by department on a daily basis.
Communicate with outside vendors for tooling, spare parts, repairs, and equipment installations, as needed.
Lead preventive maintenance program on all production machinery.
Trouble-shoot and perform overall maintenance on all production machinery.
Construct and implement improvement procedures.
Communicate production concerns as it relates to maintenance with the Production Manager
Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements, using rules, calipers, micrometers, or other measuring instruments.
Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.
Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists.
Plan and lay out repair work, using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, or schematic diagrams.
Operate equipment such as forklifts, manlifts, plow trucks in compliance with all safety standards.
Maintain building and grounds for the Manufacturing buildings.
Program the mechanics on several machines using mathematical problem solutions.
Sharpen and change CNC knives.
Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure compliance standards are being met.
Read, understand, and follow all departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in production supporting the manufacturing of our sporting good products.

Hold regular, daily conversations to fully engage employees on safety, quality and productivity while conducting mill walk-arounds (Milk Runs), observations and monitoring.
Be present and visible to production operators; listen and follow-up on employee input regarding barriers and impediments that prevent employees from achieving high levels of work performance.
Provide regular, ongoing feedback to employees regarding their work performance using Revere safety, quality, and productivity and attendance data.
Take ownership of workplace issues and challenges regarding your direct reports and communicate with others as needed to address and resolve.
Ensure effective shift-to-shift communications for safety, equipment status, staffing and end of shift report out.
Uphold the Collective Bargaining Agreement; follow and apply all workplace policies and Human Resource procedures; consult HR on issues as needed.
Safety:
Continuously take leadership actions to create a safe workplace culture by engaging direct reports in local safety meetings, safety action plans and safety report follow-up, data collection (observations, tallies, surveys), injury reports, and corrective action follow-up. Daily Safety conversations during Milk Runs.
Quality:
Continuously take leadership actions to apply Revere's process control procedures including the implementation of deviation procedures. Train and coach employees to documented work methods and conduct job instruction breakdown (JIB) observations to reinforce work methods and provide feedback to employees.
Equipment Reliability:
