Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out.

Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.

Major responsibilities include:
Evaluate customer needs and build long-lasting relationships with customers and industry contacts.

Selling construction aggregate products and ensuring satisfaction after the sale.
Work with plant superintendents and customer service associates to assist with overseeing customer service matters at the plants.
Provide sales projections - discuss sales forecasts, upcoming and current jobs, and inventories with superintendents.
Utilize computer software such as JWS / APEX Jobfile and ticketing software, as well as Microsoft Office products.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field and over 5 years outside sales experience (additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
Knowledge of construction aggregates preferred
Ability to build and develop effective relationships
Strong problem resolution skills
Commitment to a high level of integrity
Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, and can work well in a team environment
Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
