Job Summary:
The SalesRepresentative is responsible for driving new business growth for Burns & Scalo Roof Asset Management by managing the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting through closing service agreements. This role focuses on building relationships with building owners, property managers, and facility managers, conducting discovery meetings, and clearly communicating the value of proactive roof asset management. Supported by our technical and operations teams, the SalesRepresentative serves as the primary client contact throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition to account management and supporting long-term client retention.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with building owners, property managers, and facility managers.
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person networking.
Leverage existing Burns & Scalo relationships and referral sources
Schedule and conduct introductory and discovery meetings
Understand client goals, property portfolios, and current roof maintenance approaches
Clearly communicate the value of proactive roof asset management
Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the sales process
Coordinate internally to prepare proposals and service agreements
Present proposals and guide clients through the decision process
Follow up consistently to advance opportunities and close agreements
Ensure smooth handoff of new clients to the Account Management team
Maintain positive relationships to support renewals and future opportunities
Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline, and communications
Provide basic pipeline and forecast updates as requested

Job Qualifications:
A minimum of two years of B2B sales, customer facing, or business development experience
Possess strong communication skills and be comfortable with phone, email, and in-person outreach to clients
Must enjoy people and want to build appropriate levels of rapport with our clients, sub-partners, and team members.
Must possess Interpersonal Skills to be supportive, kind, empathetic, patient, and respectful in working with colleagues and customers
Willingness to learn roofing and asset management concepts

Reporting to the Local Sales Manager, the SalesDevelopmentRepresentative will play a critical part in generating new business opportunities for SportsNet Pittsburgh by identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outbound cold calls, and scheduling appointments for our Account Executives. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Proactively source new business opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and other prospecting methods
Research and identify potential leads through CRM tools, social media, TV monitoring, and online databases
Qualify prospects to determine their fit and interest in our products/services
Schedule and confirm sales appointments for Account Executives by hitting or exceeding benchmarks KPIs of 10 appointments per month
Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system - Monday.com
Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Manager to align outreach strategies and optimize appointment setting
Stay informed on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape
Develop and maintain proficiency with sales software and prospecting tools - Wide Orbit, Strata, Monday.com, Media Monitors, Sponsor United and Vela
Cultivate relationships with key clients and host events/game nights on an as needed basis
Attend bi-weekly sales meetings

Ability to sell new club memberships through contacting leads generated through marketing activities, generating referral leads and through walk-ins
Ensure all prospect/guest information is entered into the club management software system and complete all required tracking forms and processes.
Clock in and out for all hours worked.
Daily Club Cleaning
All other duties as required
Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to sell.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and demands.

Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for the sale of Commercial Card Solutions Commercial and government entities. The incumbent's job duties often involve complex or innovative product solutions in order to manage and support existing clients and meet production and cross sales goals both.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sells various complex Commercial Card services to business and government entities.
Conducts sales activities on new prospects and existing clients.
Manages Commercial Card relationships on generally sophisticated client relationships.
Utilizes the Baker Hill system to record and track sales activities and provides monthly sales performance reporting to sales managers.
Conducts product training and provides regular updates on Treasury Management services to other departments.
Determines an appropriate level of product pricing including interest rate margins and establishes pricing for client relationships.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
