Position Details
The position is responsible for ensuring that the assigned team is effectively generating and supporting the sales opportunities of their assigned area, including effective working relationships with corresponding account executives and company partners. The Sales Manager is also responsible for driving the professional development of their sales staff, including mentorship, training, and performance evaluation. The position requires the ability to multi-task between team members in their support of different clients, partners, sales opportunities, and other initiatives. The Sales Manager acts as an enabler to remove both internal (REVGEN) and external (customer, partner) roadblocks and help their staff resolve challenges in support of sales opportunities.
Responsibilities to your sales reps

Secondary duties for this position include but are not limited to:
* Work directly with the CEO to build new campaigns and support existing clients
* Implement proven, effective, and consistent processes across all campaigns
* Conduct periodic reviews of campaign results including sales call activity, lead follow up, account reviews, prospecting and performance for each sales rep; competitive losses/wins; and personal/professional developmental opportunities
* Provides ongoing mentorship to sales reps
* Assesses skill sets and provide ongoing coaching
* Attain a minimum of 90% quota each month
* Guide sales team members managing relationships with customers
* Provides direction and sales methodology expertise to team members
* Pipeline management & forecasting
Qualifications:
* 4-6 months as a successful SDR
* 12 months experience as an inside sales Account Executive
* College degree preferred but not required

Employee benefits. Align offers its employees:
Short-term and long-term disability insurance in accordance with those plans.

Flexible Spending Accounts - Employees may be eligible to participate in a health care account (including a limited health FSA if enrolled in a HDHP), dependent care account, and a pre-tax commuter benefit plan.
401k plan (with a discretionary Company match of 50% up to 6% of eligible earnings up to a maximum match of 3%.). Employer match vests after two years - 25% year one and 100% at year two. Align offers traditional, Roth, and after-tax options.
Employee Stock Purchase Program (Employees must work 20 hours or more and be employed on purchase date to be eligible).
Paid vacation of up to 17 days during the first full year of employment (currently accrued at the rate of 5.24 hours each pay-period), which carries over to a maximum cap of 30 days. Annual paid vacation time accrual increases based on tenure. Both exempt and non-exempt employees who work 32 hours or more per week receive prorated vacation accrual based on their regularly scheduled work hours and tenure.
Sick time is accrued throughout the year at the rate of one hour for every thirty worked. Employees can carry over unused sick leave each year, up to a maximum balance of 80 hours.
11 Company-designated paid holidays throughout the year.
If employed for at least 12 consecutive months, Align will grant up to 6 weeks of paid Parental Leave. If employed for less than 12 consecutive months, Align will grant up to 4 weeks of paid Parental Leave. All parental leave must be completed within one year of the birth or placement of the child. Parental leave is in addition to any state and/or local parental leave benefits. Three days of paid bereavement leave. In some cases, due to travel the amount of paid leave may be extended to 5 paid days off. To the extent applicable state or local law offers more generous benefits, Align complies with any such law.
Non-exempt employees will receive full pay for up to 10 days of jury duty. Exempt employees will receive their full salary during any week they serve and perform any work. Other insurance such as legal, critical illness, voluntary accident, long-term care, auto, home and pet insurance are available for purchase.

The other half of the position is as an Inside SalesRepresentative. In this role, you will be answering phones, answering client emails, building estimates and orders using our CRM online system, and serving as a point of contact for our clients throughout the sales process. You will often be the first person the client encounters; either in person or phone. By understanding both the creative/mechanical process of design and production and the sales process, you will be a valued contact for clients to guide them through entire experience. RESPONSIBILITIES
Works with co-workers and customers with file transfers, FTP access, photo library options, online proofs, etc.
Inspects jobs for accuracy before sending them to the plotter or printer

Maintains accurate electronic and paper record of File Storage and Disks
Follows a layout to place computer-generated vinyl or full-color graphic images on a pre-determined substrate or medium
Prepares substrates for application
Performs finishing operations such as laminating, encapsulating, and/or mounting of printed pieces
Installs signs when necessary
Answers phones professionally
Returns client emails and assists through sales process
Builds estimates and orders for clients
Consults with clients both in person and over the phone on design, sales status or any other issue
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required; advanced education degree in design/communication preferred but not required
Experience as a graphic designer & sign-related production specialist preferred but not required.
Adobe application knowledge required; 3+ years experience preferred, but less is ok for the right candidate
Strong PC and Mac skills and internet required
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers and fractions and converting fractions to decimals and vice versa)
Able to work well under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to lift 50 or more pounds occasionally
Able to lift 25 or more pounds regularly
Must have the flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back forth hand motions to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate
