As an Enforcement and Removal Assistant (OA), at the full performance level you will perform a variety of duties, such as:
* Researching detainee history using multiple sources to establish identity/citizenship and manage detained and non-detained dockets.
* Providing administrative support to managers, supervisors, or staff members by assisting in the day-to-day management of the office's activities.
* Summarizing and tabulating detainee information from various reports and utilizing a variety of databases and automated systems.
* Generating and verifying detainee reports, encounters, charging documents, studies, data quality and create and revise spreadsheets charts, graphs, and presentations.
* Exercising quality control over bond paperwork.

Minimum Qualifications for GS-05
Specialized Experience: You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-04 level in the Federal service that included experience such as:
* Performing recordkeeping and reporting.

Education substitution:
You must have successfully completed four years of education above high school in any field for which high school graduation or the equivalent is the normal prerequisite. This education was obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college, or university. One year of full-time academic study is defined as 30 semester hours, 45 quarter hours, or the equivalent in a college or university, or at least 20 hours of classroom instruction per week for approximately 36 weeks in a business, secretarial, or technical school.

Combination of Education and Experience:
You must have an appropriate combination of successfully completed post-high school education and experience to meet the total qualification requirements for the GS-05 grade level. Only education in excess of the first 60 semester hours (i.e., beyond the second year) is creditable toward meeting the specialized experience requirement. One full academic year of study (30 semester hours) beyond the second year is equivalent to 6 months of specialized experience. This will be calculated using your resume and unofficial transcripts or a list of courses/course hours submitted with your application
Minimum Qualifications for GS-06
Specialized Experience: You must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-05 level in the Federal service that included experience such as:
* Processing individuals arrested or detained by law enforcement officials (e.g., booking and property inventory procedures).
* Performing file searches and assembling documentation.
* Responding to routine requests and issues regarding legal or law enforcement policies, practices and procedures.
Typing Requirement
In addition to meeting the minimum qualification requirements, you must show possession of the ability to type at least 40 words per minute based on a 5-minute sample, with three or fewer errors. You may self-certify your proficiency in the Occupational Questionnaire.

Engraving Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Engraving Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup and operation of polishers, lathes and laser engraving machines, ensuring precise engravings for coin making dies while adhering to production standards as proof of Osborne quality the World over!
Responsibilities:
Heat Treating of Tool Steel
Sandblasting and polishing of dies used for coining.
Operate engraving machines, laser engraver, and various hand tools as well as power tools in the die making process.
Inspect engraved product (coin dies) for quality defects, inconsistencies and inaccuracies using measuring tools and by visual inspection. (Training Provided)
Collaborate with the coin production team to ensure timely completion of new product (stamping die) components in sequence with production processes.
Perform preventive maintenance & troubleshoot any issues that arise throughout the coin making process such as polishing and deburring to specific tolerances.
Maintain department workstations and uphold housekeeping standards.
Meet or exceed company quality goals to minimize scrap and ensure proper application of First In / First Out (FIFO) Inventory methods for production.
Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Position requires the use of PPE.
Education:
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience, with an emphasis on laser engraving, lathe/mill work or CNC machining.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a manufacturing facility with roles involving assembly or engraving.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Description:
1. Assists the Transplant Coordinator in handling non-nursing functions for listed patients.
2. Helps to keep the listed patient information current so that the patient is more prepared for transplantation when an appropriate organ is available.
3. Maintains organization of the incoming referrals for transplant and ensuring follow up on processing of the referral from insurance confirmation through evaluation in the transplant clinic.
4. Assists with the cardiology referral process, scheduling of testing and cardiology evaluation as well as the follow up needed to expedite patients obtaining cardiology clearance to increase overall patients on the waiting list.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/experience/licensing:
* High School Diploma or GED required. College coursework is preferred.
* Medical Assisting Diploma, Degree, or Certificate is preferred. May consider other medical certificates in a related field if combined with a CMA/RMA certification.
* Medical Assistant credentialing within 120 calendar days of hire is required. Exceptions may be considered due to the timing of testing or other unforeseen circumstances.
* American Heart Association Heart saver CPR certification is required. Will accept American Red Cross "Adult & Pediatric CPR" at time of hire only. Certification must be active at time of hire and maintained throughout employment in position.
Communication and other skills:
* Must be proficient with data entry, Excel or database spreadsheets, and word processing software
* Demonstrates ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision
