Responsibilities * Aid the Training Facilitator in preparing employees for job related training. * The Training Intern would be expected to handle a variety of clerical tasks from answering phone calls, addressing employee questions/concerns, and responding to emails. * Responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to training and organizational development. * Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of employee training and certifications. * Providing general admin assistance and support for the training facilitator and trainers. * Obtaining training records / certificates of training or qualifications achieved from all employees' personnel files and / or training software. * Recording all staff's training attendance. * The Training Intern would also be expected to offer value-added input to the continuous improvement of the program. * Assist in researching training events under the direction of the Training Facilitator and Management. * Assisting with the scheduling of training sessions including notifying all relevant parties. * The Training Intern must be able to work well in a team environment. * Maintain technical knowledge of databases and other record keeping systems. * The Training Intern will be expected to perform other duties as required.
