Promptly address maintenance and facility concerns such as broken and/or missing equipment (i.e., Dispensers, leaky faucets, fixtures etc.). Requirements: What you bring to the table: 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred Must be 18 years of age Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness) Basic computer proficiency Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time Ability to continuously talk in person or on the phone during shift Will occasionally encounter cleaning chemicals during shift This role is subject to successful completion of a background check, after offer acceptance.
