Proficiency with CRM platforms and how they work. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer trends and data. Background in coaching, mentoring, or wellness is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, related field or equivalent experience running a business is valuable. Familiarity with applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools or insights to enhance customer experience, engagement, or retention strategies preferred.
