Working closely with all departments, you will ensure training and competency systems support safety, quality, and operational excellence. Your work will directly enable site performance, regulatory compliance, and long-term success. Responsibilities * Create and implement training and development plans for all site personnel. Prepare training documentation for processes and production/safety/quality/maintenance needs * Run compliance reports to ensure site is up to date on required trainings. Maintain accurate and audit-ready records and evidence of site training/competency records (MSHA, ISO, cGMP, FDA, OA, etc.). * Revise training and qualification requirements for all site employees based on changing business needs and feedback from Managers and Supervisors * Collaborate with all departments to set up instructor-led trainings (research potential vendors/courses) * Maintain LMS system * Collaborate with all departments to develop and distribute training through LMS (SPL, quarterly trainings, etc.) * Create and maintain skills matrices for all roles. Revise as needed to ensure personnel support changing site KPI's. * Create and revise SOP's, work instructions, and other documents in Intelex. * Achieve Green Belt certification. Support 5S events, Yellow Belts, and other LSS activities with training components * Assign online & instructor led safety trainings through MyLearning including but not limited to Mandatory trainings assigned by job function, job location, or at request of Manager's. Develop Curricula and assignment profiles as needed * Manage site communications via Signs, Monitors, Newsletters, Town Halls, etc. * Manage new hire qualification, job bid qualification, and annual refresher qualification testing.
