Summary:
This position liaises between business and technical groups and is responsible for creating documentation to ensure ongoing communication and development is clear. This role will focus primariy on creating and deploying reports that are utilized by both internal and external stakeholders. The Analyst helps ensure technical work is properly prioritized according to the priorities set by leadership and the project manager. This role serves as a primary contact coordinating user acceptance testing before and after production releases as well as production support responsibilities.

Salary Range: $80,000 to $110,000 annually

Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand and discuss technical concepts with non-technical and technical employees
Participate in Agile team ceremonies
Conduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing to ensure changes meet requirements
Lead requirement gathering sessions with users for small projects
Document use cases and technical guidelines for assigned projects
Resolve maintenance projects as they arise with guidance from Senior and/or Lead Analyst
Identify issue patterns and participate in root cause analysis and resolution
Responsible for system monitoring, support response and support queue management for any one of OIA's applications
Occasional support outside normal business hours

Dallas, Oregon.
The selected candidate will lead the comprehensive evaluation, correction, and rebuild of an existing commercial HVAC system experiencing long-term performance issues. This role is a fixed-term (12-month), medical/dental/vision benefits eligible, full-time position embedded within the maintenance team and is responsible for diagnosing systemic failures, implementing corrective solutions, and establishing long-term reliability and maintainability of the building's heating and cooling systems.
This position requires a senior-level HVAC professional capable of working independently, coordinating with external vendors, and providing technical leadership throughout the rebuild effort.

Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct a full assessment of existing HVAC systems, including equipment, controls, ductwork, airflow, and distribution
Identify root causes of heating, cooling, and comfort issues across the facility
Develop and execute corrective action plans, including system repairs, upgrades, and replacements
Lead HVAC rebuild and optimization efforts to improve reliability, performance, and efficiency
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to maintenance personnel
Coordinate and oversee external HVAC contractors and specialty vendors as required
Support HVAC troubleshooting and repairs while maintaining focus on rebuild objectives
Ensure all HVAC work complies with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements
Develop system documentation, including as-built drawings, operating procedures, and preventive maintenance plans
Assist in establishing long-term maintenance strategies to sustain system performance beyond the 12-month contract term
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of eight years of experience in commercial HVAC systems
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with complex HVAC systems
Experience with HVAC controls, automation systems, and related components
EPA Universal Certification
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and control diagrams

SUMMARY
Develop, implement, enhance, document, and support the organization's most complex, multifaceted software applications, critical to the day-to-day functions of the bank. This position is responsible for serving as the primary contact between the vendor and business unit and will report to various levels of management across multiple divisions of the organization on the status of the systems, including any outstanding issues and successes. Primary system responsibilities include Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) and. Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
System Administration:
* Monitor ERP system health and performance, ensuring high availability and reliability
* Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our Oracle ERP environment.
* Manage integrations between Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, HRIS, financial platforms)
* Research, test, schedule and deploy upgrades and releases while adhering to documented change management process and procedures
* Create and maintain system documentation including desktop procedures, end user procedures, system diagrams, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Business Continuity Planning (BCPs), disaster recovery plans, user access audits and test plans
* Analyze, evaluate, and recommend system changes, configuration and enhancements based on business requirements of critical processes and applications and expertise related to system construction and areas of efficiency
* Independently make decisions based on mastery knowledge level of supported applications and related business processes
* Lead meetings and deliver presentations to small and large groups of various levels of management across the organization

* Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and training
* Create user documentation, training materials, like how-to guides to enable self-service
* Assist System Administrator I, II and III team members with the process of converting business requirements into system requirements as needed
Project Subject Matter Expert:
* Lead medium to large project efforts and independently support project work
* Understand in-depth, the business requirements of critical applications while differentiating requirement vs. process. Convert business requirements into system requirements and maintain ongoing communication with the vendor
Data Management:
* Understand, monitor, and maintain data integrations with source systems at an in-depth level to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial and/or critical data
* Develop, maintain, and monitor data validation routines and understand the business impact of data exceptions or delays
* Develop, maintain, schedule, and monitor reports for end users
* Utilize SQL Developer to read and update PL/SQL scripts currently running on the EPM Automate server
QUALIFICATIONS

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Laboratory Revenue Integrity Specialist at St. Charles Health System (SCHS) provides excellent customer service and facilitates team engagement in every interaction. Supports SCHS and Community Connect Partners for laboratory revenue integrity by identifying and resolving billing and charge capture issues. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
Investigate, identify, and resolve laboratory charge capture, procedure coding, and denial issues, in a timely manner.
Provides Laboratory Leadership/management reports as requested.
Ensure accurate application of CPT/HCPCS codes and modifiers in accordance with regulatory and payer guidelines.
Support resolution of medical necessity issues and laboratory denials.
Assist with work queues to review and corrections of laboratory charges flagged for third-party edits, and Revenue Guardian checks.
Collaborate with Revenue Integrity to improve issues with claim edits and minimize future errors.
Maintain test code linkage between the Laboratory Information System (LIS) and the laboratory chargemaster.
Update and manage CPT/HCPCS code assignments, charge codes, pricing of lab services, and charge information in the online test catalog.
Maintain lab CMS pricing templates for price transparency requirements.
Coordinate chargemaster updates including descriptions, revenue codes, cost centers, pricing, and fee schedules.
Collaborate with chargemaster team, SCHS technical managers, supervisors, and Community Connect Partners to ensure chargemaster accuracy.
Support the process and management of CLIA certification requirements across SCHS/SCMG laboratory testing sites, for CLIA certificate renewals, new applications, and updates per Joint Commission and state regulations.
Support and assist in training laboratory staff on processes related to workqueues, and other laboratory specific workflows impacting timely claims and charge capture.
Provide guidance on workflows and error resolution related to lab charge capture.

Maintain detailed documentation for laboratory test change requests.
