We are seeking an Operating Unit IT Leader for our First Quality Tissue facility located in Anderson, SC. This position as a key member of the IT Divisional Leadership Team provides strategic leadership and management within Divisional/Campus and FQ IT Team. This includes the development and implementation of short- and long-term strategies, development and compliance with policies, procedures, managing and optimizing IT assets, fostering a continuous improvement environment. We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst to join our team in providing infrastructure and support services to maintain client applications, computer systems, and infrastructure. The IT Infrastructure Analyst will use operations knowledge to find and fix problems in large computer networks, including network communications errors, storage problems and malfunctioning server platforms. World Acceptance Corporation is excited to host an IT Service Desk Intern for the summer of 2026. The program will begin in late May and will last 10-12 weeks. The IT Service Desk Intern will assist in providing technical support and issue resolutions to internal customers across the organization. This position is designed to give hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while learning fundamental IT support processes. Responsibilities may include assisting with password resets, equipment setup, inventory tracking, basic troubleshooting, and documenting support procedures under the guidance of the Service Desk team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the IT Service Desk team in providing first-level technical support to internal users in the corporate office and branch locations across the U.S. Learn to respond to help requests received through the ticketing system, by phone, or in person. Assist with setup, configuration, and deployment of new computers, peripherals, and other equipment. Support end users with basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. Help maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software tracking and stock replenishment.
