Duties and Responsibilities: * Enters technology service requests into the help desk system. * Provides remote technical support for computer operating system and software problems. * Provides telephonic Information Technology support to all district staff. * Resets passwords for district staff. * Monitors helpdesk system dispatch queue. * Monitors helpdesk email account. * Notifies management of intermittent problems or issues that are unresolved over one week. * Performs other duties as necessary for the effectiveness of the organization. The work schedule will be 250 days.
