    Job Description As the Manufacturing Data Analyst,you will support PPG's Industry 4.0 digital transformation at the Delaware, Ohio coatings manufacturing facility. In this full‑time, on‑site entry‑level role, you will help promote the plant's 2030 Digital Roadmap by applying data analytics, system integration, and latest technologies. Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Systems Manager you will apply technology to improve real‑world manufacturing operations and while working with data, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement projects. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, analyze, and organize data from multiple sources to prepare accurate operational and performance reports. Troubleshoot issues related to data reporting, SQL queries, software applications, or other digital manufacturing tools. Develop data systems and dashboards using programming skills (e.g., C#, Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular). Contribute to system integration efforts involving relational databases such as MS SQL, using tools like Entity Framework or Dapper where applicable. Create clear, structured documentation for developers and end-users, ensuring changes and system behavior are easy to understand. Gather and communicate end‑user feedback to support continuous improvement of digital tools and workflows. Use Azure DevOps or similar version control/project management tools to track work, manage code changes, and support collaborative development. Qualifications Experience working with large datasets, including data cleaning, sorting, and analysis. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting. Familiarity with SQL or other relational databases and comfort writing basic queries. Programming experience in at least one language (object‑oriented preferred), including exposure to any of the following: C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and Angular 19+ Understanding of database or development frameworks such as MS SQL, Entity Framework, or Dapper.
