Key Responsibilities

Being a Sunshine Rides ServiceRepresentative
As a ServiceRepresentative with Sunshine Rides, you will engage with passengers and organizations via phone, text and email to coordinate safe, reliable and compassionate transportation to individuals who need assistance traveling for healthcare, work, pleasure and more. You will be responsible for accuracy, care and communication. You will play a critical role in providing essential services to our community. We are looking for individuals who share our commitment to respect, care and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Promptly and kindly responding to passenger communications
Checking and entering detailed information for reservations
Providing status information and making changes
Interacting with supervisors and dispatchers to ensure accuracy
Providing superb customer service
Proudly representing the company to the public
Reporting compliments, issues, incidents or accidents
Qualifications
A love of customer service
Strong computer skills
Work Schedule
Flexible scheduling (4 10hr, 5 8hr)
Current shifts available (7 days a week starting 0500-0600, Thursday-Saturday starting 1300-1400)
Team members may switch shifts
Compensation
$32,240 - $34,320
Pay includes base and bonuses for safety, service and professionalism
Paid Sick and Vacation Time Off
Paid Sick Time Off- accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked up to 48 hours, can use up to 48 hours per calendar year.
Paid Vacation Time Off- after 1 year of service, accrued at .01917 hours per hour worked up to 40 hours, can use all hours in a calendar year.
