Location: West Salem Office (40 hours/week)
As the Member Service Representative Lead, you'll be at the heart of our West Salem branch operation. As the lead some of your responsibilities will be:
Mentor and support Member Service Representative-provide guidance, coaching, and training.
Serve as a go-to resource for addressing complex or escalated member issues with professionalism and care.
Handle opening accounts, processing transactions, and recommending credit union products and services in a manner consistent with our policies.
Your Skills & Experience:
2+ years of banking experience required
Proven sales experience
Leadership or training experience is preferred
